How we clean your carpets
A quick step by step guide to how we clean your carpets.
Step One – Vacuum
Something that is often overlooked by other carpet cleaners, we get knee-deep into your carpet fibres and remove that dirt and grime. We don’t use a household vacuum which can often struggle to pick up the dirt deep in your carpet. Instead we use only the best commercial grade vacuums, which we use on commercial properties too. This way we can pick up around 80% of your dirt that lies within your carpet.
Step Two – Prepping your carpet
Such an important stage to remove the extra and stubborn grime that lives in your carpet. We use the best chemicals, that aren’t harmful to your pets or family. We ensure we’re using the right chemicals for your carpet so you won’t have shrinkage, staining, discolouration or health issues.
Step Three – Agitation
This is the step where we apply solution into the carpet using a specialist machine of ours. This helps breakdown any dirt and stains. Our machine goes deep into the carpet fibres and lifts the dirt out that we weren’t able to remove in the first two steps. At the end of this step your carpet will look and feel brand new.
Step Four – Extraction
This is the stage when our machines pump out hot water whilst at the same time sucking up the dirty water to give your carpet that wonderful new and breezy feel.
